Phan Thiet is a southern city located about 200 km from Ho Chi Minh City and 1148 km from Hanoi. Being the capital of Binh Thuan Province, it has important administrative and economic status.

The ruins of the towers of Poshanu (Fuhai). These are the remains of a once large religious complex built by the ancient people of Cham. The age of construction dates back to the 8th century. Every year in the 1st lunar month, the Roh Mbang and Ridge Nougat festivals are held here.

Pagoda Lin Sean Cheong Tho is located 30 km from Phan Thiet, on Mount Taku. The construction consists of 3 massive gates and a spacious room, the main treasures of which are statues of Buddha Amitabha and Buddha Sakyamuni. Ascent to the shrine is carried out on a lift, and descent – on stone stairs, equipped with observation platforms, which offer stunning views.
The lost sea is a lake surrounded by forest, on the border of Binh Thuan and Dongnai provinces. Its area is more than 1000 hectares. Such cyclopean dimensions gave the lost reservoir such a name.
A short drive from Phan Thiet is the Pink Dunes. They got their name due to the unusual color of the sand. From the tops of the dunes you can enjoy the beauty of the bay. And 10 km from the Pink Dunes are no less beautiful White Dunes. Not far from them lies Lake Trang, mesmerizing by countless blooming lotuses.
The village of Mui Ne is famous for its stunning landscapes, crystal clear water and snow-white beach. Local restaurants offer a variety of fresh seafood dishes.

Phan Thiet Market
It is the largest market in all of Binh Thuan province. You can buy almost everything there: food, fruits, vegetables, souvenirs, clothes, home decoration and, of course, the famous Vietnamese sand paintings. Prices are lower than in shops and supermarkets of the city, but you will have to bargain for the goods.
There is no water park in Phan Thiet yet, so fans of slides and artificial waves will have to go to Nachang, where Vinperl, the largest water amusement park in the country, operates.
The water park operates at the 5-star Vinpearl Resort and Spa. Together they occupy an entire island called Hong Tae. In addition to water rides for children and adults, pools and beaches, there are huge aquariums with exotic fish, sharks and turtles. For convenience, guests will find restaurants, cafes and shops.
A cable car leads to the island. From Monday to Thursday she works from 08.00 to 21.00, and from Friday to Sunday from 08.00 to 22.00. It is better to visit the water park on a weekday so that there are fewer Vietnamese.
Important! In bad weather, Vinperl does not work. If it rains and the wind blows, you will have to reconsider your plans.
Entrance ticket price – 500 thousand dong. The price includes visits to all areas of the water park, without exception, including travel by cable car. Food and drinks are paid separately.
